HINSON, Jeffrey Harwell Age 54, passed away February 7, 2009. Preceded in death by parents, Dale and Grace Hinson. Survived by wife, Gennifer Hinson; daughter, Rachel Hinson; son, Russell Hinson; step-son, Alan Tokheim; sister, Loydale Schmid; brother, Paul Hinson; niece, Kassie Schmid and nephew, Connor Schmid. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 11, 2009 with visitation 1 hour prior to service time at Marshall-Donnelly-Combs, with Battle Beasley officiating.

Bill Davis
Jeff attended Heights until the Spring semester of 1973 when he went to work at Possum Kingdom Lake. I have many fond memories of Jeff at The Villa Marina where he lived and worked.
Bo Walker
I met Jeff at Heights and later got him a job at Radio Shack in 1974. He was best man at my wedding in 1975 and a good friend to all who knew him. We kept in touch for almost 25 years until I lost track after he was promoted to Distribution Manager and relocated to Hagarstown, Pa. and then Nashville, Tn. It broke our hearts to find he had died in a motorcycle accident. Rest in peace Jeff...
