Since retail pot has about a 50% sales tax and the money will be used to build schools, I would only be doing this to help the children of Colorado. I guess bed wetting is a sacrifice I would have to make.

It does sound fun though to go to the grocery store, get some stuff for the munchies and watch 3D movies on the bid screen.

Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and that 2014 is a happy and healthy year for all of you and your families. Yes Suzie, you were missed at the last happy hour. I imagine you were busy with Margo's holiday production. I am so sorry that A.C. and I couldn't make the production. To all of us with January birthdays - Happy Birthday! I agree that it is just a number. I also agree that February would be great for another happy hour - can't wait! Also, the Colorado thing, I think I may have to make a trip to see my cousin near Denver!!

Mmmmm... I am taking some time off starting Jan 15 and I deserve a vacation. Been a hell of a five year supply chain implementation - worn out!  Might need to take a little trip (no pun intended) to Colorado!   On the other hand, anyone looking for a senior (that means experience not age!) management consultant, program/project manager, business analyst, all around awesome person, let me know!

If you do make it to Colorado, bring plenty of cash and extra sheets (see Houston's comments above). Due to federal banking regulations the shops are not allowed to have bank accounts so all transactions must be in cash. Also, the ski areas are on federal land (USFS) so pot is still illegal there. I would be happy to hold your stash for you while you are out skiing and who knows, maybe nothing would happen to it. The shops sell things like chocolate bars with blueberries, soda, honey and other stuff so this is sounding like a completely new experience.

For anyone interested in skiing, we've received 2 feet of snow in the last week with another foot forecast for this weekend and another foot expected for the middle of next week.

just got back from Alabama mountains - not nearly as "High" as marshall's in Colorado!  Heck we dont even have phone or internet where we go never mind any new recreational stores... but still nice.

But to try and catch up on the forum: 1. No drone, helicopter flys over the course on first day with specific intent to sell pictures to suckers later (worked!).  2.Marshall, name just came to me. 3. When is the next get together?  4. Happy New Year everyone!
